Hello Diego,

Thanks for writing in! The license code needs to be assigned to the URL. Once the theme is validated, the updates should be possible in Automatic Updates. This means that you will be able to update the theme through the WP Automatic Updates. You will have to do it manually though. The theme will not update itself automatically.
