Themeco Hosting and site optimization

My cliente ( www.cienciadelamenteperu.com ) is asking me now to optimize the site. They already hosts their site on iPage (which is terribly slow).
So I’m trying to recommend them to migrate to Themeco Hosting.

Here my questions:
Do you migrate the site?
Should we need extra optimization, like w3 Total cache, cloudflare, etc? What’s your suggestion?
The activities of this business are in Peru, so anything else you recommend about server location?
What about emails? Do you offer webmail or they should pay for Google Suite or other service?

Also, why do you offer a 13 months plan and not a 12-month one?
If my client decides to go with Themeco Hosting, can we schedule the migration by night to not affect traffic?

We offer a monthly or 13 months option, with the 13 month options the 13th month is free so it’s basically a 12 month contract with a free month.

We can migrate the site at any time you would like us to migrate it. Also there is no need to add an caching plugins and so forth as we have system wide caching and optimization. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

But a good HTML markup, good content and good speed should take you there with time.

There are many online html tools for SEO analysis, I suggest you doing a quick research.
