Theme X is not validating

Hi,

I have a problem with updating my cornerstone (X Themeco) it is indicating this :
This Cornerstone license is ​not validated​ & An error occurred while updating Cornerstone: X is not validated. Validate X to enable automatic updates.

I also did validate the as it indicated but it is still showing the error. also this error is interfering with certain plugins such as the Revolution Slider which indicating this when activating it:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

We tried reinstalling the latest version in a number of ways but no success. Also we have a number of WP sites on the same server without any problems.

Hi There @scope

Thanks for writing in! I see that you’re using the latest version of X theme but you’re using an older version of Cornerstone plugin on your site, so that the validation process will not be initiated correctly.

Please disable and delete your Cornerstone plugin from your WordPress plugins section. Then head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds to automatically install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin, then you should be able to validate your site.
