Theme X footer bilangual

Regarding the footer of http://swedesail.de/

In Customize Theme X Options/Footer I hav this footer content:

Making the entre website bilingual with Polylang, how do I get two footer contents, one English, one German, linked to the language selector buttons:

English: Legal Note & Acknowl. Privacy
German: Dank & Impressum Datenschutz

Thanks for writing in!

You can translate the footer text in Languages > String Translations and search for the footer content.
