Theme X deprecated versions causing conflicts

In asking Bluehost to create a staging site, our site broke (https://kauaicommunitycats.org/). I realize some of the code is very outdated, thus the reason for the staging site. I cannot login to the site dashboard to do anything at this point.

Once BH chat support went to Elevated Support, I finally rec’d this response from BH:

"Upon further investigation, we found that the main issues stem from conflicts between the theme and plugins. The current theme in use, Theme X, has deprecated versions that are causing these conflicts. When we temporarily switched to the default WordPress theme, the dashboard became accessible, but reverting back to Theme X caused the same error to reoccur.

Since this issue is related to the theme and plugins, we do not have access to perform upgrades or repairs on our end. These must be managed by the theme and plugin vendor or support team.

Theme X, has deprecated versions that are causing these conflicts between the theme and plugins."

This is now above my knowledge base. Any help is appreciated.
