Theme X / Cornerstone update breaks header and footer

Hey there. When updating to Cornerstone 6.0.7 and Theme X 9.0.7, it breaks my header and footer. The menu in the header, which is supposed to stay condensed, expands. And so does the footer. For some reason, when I update it on my staging site, it works fine, but when I update it on the live site, that’s when it breaks the header/footer.

Any guidance you can recommend as to why these updates would break the header/footer on the live site (https://barbellrehab.com) which is not currently updated, would be appreciated!

P.S - all the usual things have been taken cared up. All caches cleared including browser cache.

More specifically, what I mean is that it is breaking the menu. The menu stays open and the hamburger doesn’t work properly after updating Theme X and Cornerstone on the live site.

It seems that the Header menu is working fine and the footer looks fine as well. I have tested your website on the desktop and phone(iPhone 7 plus). Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note. I have also added the screen recording of the phone and desktop. It might be an issue with the browser cache. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please share a sacreenshote or video so that we can advises you.

The live site that you just tested is still running old the old versions of Theme X and Cornerstone. If you could please inspect the staging site link https://barbellrehabte.wpengine.com where Theme X and Cornerstone have been updated, I’d appreciate it.

I think I found the culprit. It was the WP-Engine CDN. First, I disabled the CDN, then updated Theme X and Cornerstone, then re-enabled the CDN and this appeared to have worked. When I tried to update with the CDN turned on, it was breaking my menu and footer.
