My site says it’s not validated, but Apex shows the purchase code and the domain as being linked. When I try to add the purchase code it says it’s in use for another site. The site it’s in use for is the site I’m trying to add it to. What is going on?

Absolutely, I will provide code and domain. FYI, I just changed the domain from https:// to http:// but that didn’t fix it.

That URL is correctly assigned to that license, is it a multi-site? You can only validate it with the main site (main domain when it’s still not converted to multi-site).
Else, please provide your admin login credentials as well and I’ll check the validation.
