Theme Validation Not "saving"

HI there,
My theme doesn’t seem to be keeping the license validation. Everytime I click it, it validates but when I return to the page later, the theme says "needs to be validated. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in.

Sorry to hear that, but I’ll have to check it first as I’m not sure yet what’s causing this. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials on a secure note?

For the meantime, please install Transient Cleaner plugin and clean all your transients, then validate it again. And if you have cache plugin then make sure it will not cache all logged in users (most cache plugin has that setting).
