Theme Validation Failing

I am trying to validate a new staging domain. I’ve added the domain https://staging4.realmhomefurnishings.com to the single product validation page for this domain. The main domain is https://realmhomefurnishings.com and that works fine, but each time I add the license code for the staging domain, at first it says “Congratulations…” but then a few seconds later it says Your Theme is Not Vaildated. Previously the staging domain was https://dev.realmhomfurnishings.com but that site has been deleted. Can you help me out here?

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you disable all your plugins first and then try to re-validate your website. Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
