Theme Transfer not possible

Hey there,

we are not able to transfer our license from our dev site to the live site.
We already revoked the dev site. On the live site he shows that the license is successful validated. But we are not able to activate the plugins or extensions.

Thanks for reaching out.
As per the screenshot, the extensions are unlocked and it is ready to install if not installed already. The File Permission issue is the most common issue while installing the plugin, so please check the plugin folder is writable and able to create the specific plugin folder into it.

If you are seeing any different error(s), please let us know what exact error(s) is showing while trying to install a new plugin.
