Theme settings export (Colors for instant) and import into another site not adding the colors

I’m trying to to export/import thene settings, most importantly the colors, from a dev site to a live site. But the new colors from the dev site aren’t importing over to the live site. Is there a certain way to get this to work that
I’m not doing?

Thanks for writing in! I have investigated the issue and I can say that the colors and fonts cannot be imported at the moment. What you can do is to create a page in the builder and apply all those colors and custom fonts into that page. Save the page as a template and download as a .tco file. On your new site, import the template and create a new page where you can insert the template. This should import the colors and custom fonts to the new site.

Yeah, it makes sense, and that’s what I’ve been doing. Just would be super helpful if these could be copied over with the theme settings export.
