Theme redirect Issue?

I have a form that I use and its accessed via a shortcode. This short code when placed on two different pages gives me two different results which is why I think there is a weird theme redirect issue? I’ll toss the urls in a secure note but one of them will redirect you to another page after you fill it out, but the other one does not do this redirection.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your page and I found out that you added SalesForce shortcode. Please be advised that this is a 3rd party shortcode. It is best that you contact the creator of the SalesForece plugin shortcode. They should be able to help you with your issue.

Thanks, it worked without the salesforce plugin and used a raw web-to-lead form. That worked.
