Theme Pro is not validating

Hi,

we wanted to validate our licence for the Pro version. Unfortunately it doesn’t work and this error occurs:

“Your code is valid but it looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

I checked the site and in our themeco account, it’s the correct URL, and we didn’t use the code anywhere else.

Can you please help us with that problem?

Hi Victor,

Please double check if you have Pro installed and activated and not X.

If you are already validating through Pro and you’re still getting an issue. Consider disabling all the plugins first then validate the site.

In case the issue persists, please provide us the admin details of your site and the license key in a Secure Note (key icon under the replies you post/posted):
