Theme Pro 1.1.1 - Background image and jQuery.backstretch

Hello,
Using the Theme PRO 1.1.1 and it seems that backstrech isn’t to be found, so the background on pages isn’t shown.
The pages trow this error:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ,

Inspecting the code, we find

Can you check on your side and instruct me if is there anything I can do to display the background on pages ? (every page has is own background, so a global css solution isn’t the solution).

Thank you !

Hi There,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks.

Hello,
For others that may have the same problem, also for Teamco devs,
The problem (at last at my end, after disabling all the plugins, VC included) isn’t with plugins or java versions loaded on site.
The problem is in /framework/functions/global/admin/customiser/output.php, at the line 148 (as for pro 1.1.1)

I did erase the duration parameter and only leave the fade:

So this original

  <script>jQuery.backstretch([<?php echo $page_bg_images_output; ?>], {duration: <?php echo $x_entry_bg_image_full_duration; ?>, fade: <?php echo $x_entry_bg_image_full_fade; ?>});</script>

Become this :

<script>jQuery.backstretch([<?php echo $page_bg_images_output; ?>], {fade: <?php echo $x_entry_bg_image_full_fade; ?>});</script>

Edit :

The variable $x_entry_bg_image_full_duration returns nothing, so that’s why the error was generated. If one set nothing on this setting (Background Images Duration) on page setting the variable should return 0 or the php code has to check if $x_entry_bg_image_full_duration has a valor before writting the “duration” Jquery attribute .Adding a valor (even if not used since one background image is used) resolve the issue, no modification need to be made to output.php.

Please check on your end and add to bug list if necessary.

Thank you.
