Theme Options with "rotating circle"

Hi there, I have some sort of issue with the theme options, the circle continues to rotate but I can’t update changes. It says there may be a PHP error, but that would be strange. The logs don’t reveal any issues.

I’m on UBUNTU 20.04 LTS dedicated, LAMP stack managed through PLESK all most recent versions of everything. MOD Security is enabled with comodo rules that never cause me any grief on other WP Sites…

Having purchased the PRO theme, I was hoping to find support here?
Also, entire domain sits with cloudflare.

Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme i.e 4.1.5? If that is already up to date, there might be a different reason behind your issue, I would suggest you a few common issues troubleshoot to recognize the problem.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
7.Permalink

If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

I would also request you to enlist the site into your Themeco account dashboard where you have installed the Pro. I have visited your Themeco account and found the listed site is using some different theme.
