Theme Options only showing 'Stack' when anchored to the bottom of the screen

If I were to anchor the bar to the left of the screen (default position) all of the further options show - Layout and Design etc.

If I anchor the bar to the bottom of the screen (my preferred), you then lose everything except stack.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I suspect this could be a bug in the latest release of the theme. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.
