Theme Options (not) loading

Hi there,
Recently my client’s WordPress site was moved from my domain/hosting to theirs and for some reason I cannot get the Theme Options page to load. It just says “Loading…” but never actually does. I believe that my version of WordPress, X theme and all plugins are up to date. I have enabled and disabled all plugins. I have also followed the instructions on other posts for increasing memory, and changing the name of the .htaccess file. I’ll provide my login details in a private message. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks for asking.

I checked the theme options panel and can see the problem you are facing. Further inspecting the page in dev tools I see bunch of 404 messages related with themes file not present on the server.

At this moment I suggest you to try and reinstall Cornerstone by deactivating and deleting the plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins. Then visit X menu and doing so should automatically install Cornerstone plugin. Please try loading theme options panel and see how it goes.
