Theme options not loading, editing a single page also not working? Giving a grey screen

Hi developers of Xtheme, I updated the latest X theme and i regret doing it! If i want to go to my xtheme options i get this error =>

If i want to edit my homepage i get the same error. I need to change some content for my client and i’m stuck!
I downsized my X theme to stabilty version 7.2.3 but my cornerstone is still up to date?

Does anyone know how to fix this? And don’t come with an answer like… "disable all the plugins " because it worked before and not anymore since the update

I have the same issue. I went to the FTP, and deleted the pro folder, to reinstall it with the one I downloaded from Themeco;
While deleting the pro in FTP, there were tree warnings of three file not found;
_slider-above.php _slider-below.php and x-settings.php
After reinstalling to FTP pro folder, I login to WP, and still have the same issue. Screenshot attched.
I also

attached here the warning of two of them

Problem SOLVED. The culprit is the plugin WP Hide & Security Enhancer. Just do this;

  1. Login to WP, and click on WP Hide and Admin.
  2. Copy your custom login & admin paths. Take a screenshot of all your settings in Rewrite.
  3. Click on Reset All Settings. DO NOT LOG OUT.
  4. Paste back your custom login path and click save
  5. Paste back your custom admin path and click save
  6. Test Pro, going Content, you will see all your pages, post etc.
  7. If desired, change one by one the settings you wish, and check Pro, going to Content. ONE by ONE.
    If Content does not show your pages, then, you know you cannot change that setting.
  8. to finish, logout and re-login to be sure you can access your site.
    Remember also to put the path of your upload, to find your photos, movies, etc.
    Have fun.

Hi Bogarguz, you realise that your callstack ( logging) is completly different then mine?
My problem is not solved

Hi @stinooww,

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to recognize the issue.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Thanks

Hi tristup,
I left my secure note for logging in above. I know my screenshot is not enough.
On the website i have nearly no custom javascript code. And there were no plugin conflicts before the update.
I must mention that bakkerijpeeraer is a live site

Hello @stinooww,

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and checked your site dashboard. It seems that there might be a version compatibility issue since you are using X theme of version 7.2.3 and Cornerstone 5.0.7. I would recommend you to update your theme and Cornerstone page builder plugin to 8.0.8 & 5.0.8 respectively. Please make sure everything is updated as per our version compatibility page.

Please let us know it doesn’t work for you.

Hope it helps
Thanks

Hello,
I updated X theme and cornerstone but the issues remains. Is this a known issue ? Do you have any other suggestion on what could go wrong. If not , can i revert my xtheme and cornerstone to a working stable version?
Stijn H

Hi Stijn,

I’ve checked your site again and I can access pages including the home page in the Content builder at this time. Are you still having trouble working with the site? Let me know if there are any outstanding issues you’re having after updating.

Hello alexander, I still got this issue. I just updated cornerstone and X theme again and the problem remained.
I’m working on a chrome browser with the latest version.
Can you tell me how you can manage to acces the homepage builder section? its really urgent for my client because i need to put new content online BEFORE christmas …

this is my screen if i go to edit page in my Xtheme nav bar above, or If i go to theme options

Hi @stinooww,

I just check your website and edit your page and accessing your theme options is just working fine on my end. I suggest that your clear your browser cache or use incognito.

Editing Page:

Accessing Theme Options;

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hello marc, i cleared my cache and tried incognito but the problem remained the same.
I still got all the errors i get in my log which i already send before.
Do you want me to take a screen record f, so you can see it for yourself.
Again I updated a to a new version , cornerstone and Xtheme. Tried on diffrent browsers but the problem is not solved. Christmas is tomorrow and my client is not happy with the delay…

@stinooww, have you tried using another computer or laptop? If you can access your site, your client will be happy. If still with another computer or laptop you cannot access it, then go to another house of library WIFI.
Also, maybe, uninstalling the browser and reinstalling it.
Check you antivirus program, maybe it is blocking your site if you have an addon on the browsers, who knows
Since, this is an emergency, and the Themeco Tea showed they can access the site, well, I will do anything to get and do the job. It seems that the best option today is to go to another house and computer.
Good luck and Merry Christmas.

Hi Stijn,

Please follow the advice @bogarguz it might help you to fix your issue.

@bogarguz thanks for your advice and Merry Christmas.

i’m sorry but @bogarguz solution is a joke ? If I can surf to the whole website / admin panel but not to the content of Xteme for editing or my general theme options the problem is obviously with the plugin / theme. So dont come with that bullshit of trying another internet connection :wink:
Since i need to update my cornerstone and xtheme within 2 weeks almost 9 times Its clearly a bug in your new code. I wild guess is that your react code is bad written -> see screenshot

Hello @stinooww,

Your login details no longer work for us. Can you please update the WP credentials in a secure note so that we can log in to your site again and check your settings? We will investigate your issue further to get this resolve.

Thank you in advance.
