Theme options not displayed

Hello,

I have the latest Pro version installed and wanted to customize the theme options.
It looks fine in the preview, but when I create a new page and add text or headings, my custom font settings are not displayed.

I also have some problemes with the custom font. I installed my custom font unter Fonts, that works but again the font is not displayed.

Can you please help me finde the problem?

There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I just set up the environment, so there cant be any custom code or 3rd party plugin issue.

It seems that you have imported the specific font but have not added it to the Font Item list. Please click into the Add Item and add the imported font into the Font List for use. Please go through the following screenshot describing the process.
