Theme Options missing for X

Hello,
I use X and since my Update to the newest Version I miss the “Theme Options” with “Stack, Layout&Design, Typography”, aso. It´s replaced by “Root” with Options like “Compatibility, Colors, Layout and Classic Button”, that´s it. Where can I find all the other features I used in the past?

  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
