Theme Options for PRO 3.2.3 Not loading

I just get a ‘processing’ image when I try to visit any of the following setting pages:
/pro/#/options
/pro/#/headers
/pro/#/global-blocks
/pro/#/content

I have tried updating the license key, disabling plugins, updating the theme to the latest version (which broke the whole site), and refreshed the server.

I realize this site is a bit outdated but I feel like I should be able to access my site settings and make changes.

Please HELP!

Hello Aaron,

Thanks for writing in! Which WordPress version do you have? If you are using the latest version, you need to update the Pro theme to Pro 6.4.20 version by doing it manually. Check out this documentation to know how:

We are on WP 4.9.25. Would upgrading WP break the current website version. I don’t think have the same DB structure.

Hello Aaron,

Please check the Site Health of your site. Go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. You may need to resolve performance issues.

I was able to update the staging site. Here’s what I did:
1.) I deactivated the Pro theme.
2.) Deleted the Pro theme and installed the latest version Pro 6.4.21.
3.) I went to Dashboard > Updates and updated the WordPress core to 6.5.4
4.) Went back to Appearance > Themes and activated the Pro theme
5.) Revalidated the Pro theme
6.) Tested the site by editing the homepage in Cornerstone.

Please check your staging site now.
