Theme Options don't work

Hello,
i installed X Theme new and the Theme Options don’T work. When I click on Theme Options, I always get a html page, without css… No Design nothing and it’s not working.

Hi,

This is a known issue if you have an older version of wordpress.

Please update wordpress to the latest version

Wordpress 4.9.8

Then make sure you have at least the following php and mysql version installed

PHP version 7.2 or greater.
MySQL version 5.6 or greater

Don’t forget to create full backup of your before updating anything.
