Theme Options and Other X Pages Not Loading Correctly in WordPress

Hello,

I’ve just installed the X Theme and X Child Theme. The X Child Theme is active currently (but this issue occurs for both the X Theme and Child Theme).

When I click on any of the menu options for the theme (Theme Options, Templates, Cornerstone, Global Blocks) in order to customize it, the page does not load correctly, so I can’t select different setup options. See screencast of issue here: https://monosnap.com/file/EJqq3HZMT9DoM8JzQ3j60r0D01HV2z

I have already cleared the cache. Any ideas?

Hi Maureen,

That is a known issue if you have an old version of wordpress.
Please update wordpress to latest version.
