Cleared browser cache and also cornerstones and also pressed Purge SG Cache. Still doesn’t function.

Thanks for posting in! There could be a fatal error on the page which could be the cause of the endless loop when opening the Theme Options. Enable the WordPress debug mode. You might be able to see an error message on the site right away. If not, the error log could reveal where the problem is originating. And if you’re using a child theme, try switching to the parent theme to see if that makes a difference. The conflict could be in your customizations.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
