Theme option manager doesn't bring over fonts and color palette

I’m working with a few different development instances and was hoping to be able to copy settings from one instance to the other using the Theme Option Manager on the PRO page. However, it looks like font definitions and the color palette doesn’t come over. Is there a way to copy those across instances?

It will be very difficult to replicate the issue you are having. I would request you share the XCS file that you have exported, so we can try that in our local environment and check.

I have tried saving it to the JSON file in my local environment and it shows that it is not a Valid XCS export.

I would suggest you check the version of the website from where you are exporting and importing, both versions should be the same. If that is already the same, please provide login credentials for your site from where you are exporting in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
