The page cannot display the content of Theme option normally, how to adjust?

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
8.Increasing PHP Memory Limit

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL

NOTE: I have tried to investigate it through the listed site in your Themeco Account and found all the sites are using the X theme not the Pro. Even the listed site with the Pro license is also using the X theme. If the site you are having the issue with is not listed yet, please add it to get further support.

I have checked your website and found that the Cornerstone plugin is not updated properly, which is the cause behind your issue. I went ahead and updated the Cornerstone by following the below steps, which resolves your issue.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. Use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version.
