changed dev domain to production.
we have unlimited licences
first removed the dev domain from account, then validated the new domain
it is listed in the account but on the website it keeps showing the message that domain is not validated
cleared the caches

I suggest that you delete the website in your unlimited license and re-enter again your license code in your WP dashboard. If it doesn’t help, I also advise that you disabled all your plugins.
