Theme License Will Not Apply When Entered - Despite Being Valid

Just launched a new website (https://theridgeohio.com) and am attempting to validate the ThemeCo license. Every time I enter in the code to the validation page, a little message pops up saying that the site is now validated (see screenshot below).

HOWEVER, it immediately reloads the page and shows that it doesn’t apply the validation to it. It just reloads as the page did initially. (See screenshot below)

Please help me in making sure that the validation code is applied! What do I do?

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues are related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of these above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
