I can’t get this license to work for this website after it launched. It just says that the license is on another install. Can you check for me?

According to our records, that license is currently assigned to a different site. I’ve put the details of that site in the secure note below. Did you change this since opening the thread? I also noticed that the production and staging URL are the same, so I’m not sure if this was an oversight…
Ok, I will look at that. On another note, I just went through all licenses and added a note (site name for my own organization) and made some changes, but those didn’t seem to keep… Anything I am doing wrong for them not to save?

I’ve taken a look at your account and tried to add and remove some note and it worked fine. The most important thing to do is to click on the “Save Note” text inside the notes field otherwise they won’t get saved. If you’ve clicked that text and your changes are still not reflecting please let us know so we can investigate further.
I went through all of our licenses to clean them up and remove ones that were not being used and named all of them. Nothing saved. I am about to do it all again and I will let you know what happens, but I am for certain that I clicked save note for each of them as well as clicked the check when I removed or changed anything for each one.
