Theme license not valid

Hey Apex team,

We purchased a license on Envato which is not showing up in our Apex account. We have tried to register the license but it isn’t working.

Will you please assist and advise?

And do you have other Apex accounts? Maybe it was registered to one of them.

Hi Michael,

I checked the purchase code that you have mentioned and it is registered with another account. I will add the name of the account in the Secure Note. If you have another account you will need to clear your browser cache and login with the one that the purchase key is registered.

If the account is not yours please get back to us with the screenshot of your purchase receipt in Envato and we will follow up.
