Theme isnt installing customize options

Hi there

My license is for www.therightside.co.za

The installed theme isnt including any customize options.

Hi David,

Upon checking your website, I could see that you’ve installed the Cornerstone plugin but NOT installed the X theme yet.

Did you face the issue when uploaded the X theme zip file via theme uploader?

Please try increasing the WordPress max upload file size: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/

If it doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link lgoin to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

I could upload it without a problem. Its just not showing any options in the customize. I will set up the logins for you.
