Theme Is Outdated, But No Update Option Exists

https://usatcorp.com - the Pro theme is on Version: 4.3.3… which is wildly outdated, but no update option exists on the back end. Please assist.

It seems that you are using the multisite network, I would suggest you please go to the Network Dashboard and then check for the theme Update, in case there is no option to update it I would recommend you manually update the theme. Please have a look at our doc to learn more about how to update the theme.

You can update themes manually just as you would on a regular WordPress installation just upload the updated theme folder to wp-content/themes. You can do this via FTP using FileZilla

Please note you must have a database backup and WordPress file backup before updating the theme, plugin, or WordPress core. After updating you need to purge all the cache so that the latest code renders properly.

I would also recommend you please have a look at our version compatibility page so that you can update the theme and compatible plugin, PHP version, and WordPress core as well to avoid version compatibility issues.

Alternatively, it would be best if you could copy your live site to the staging server and then update the theme.
