I am unable to reply to that post. When I add the CSS, it adds another ‘x’ on other pages. Please see attached.

Please try http://mangtum.com (not https). We had an SSL configured on the site but just recently migrated to AWS where SSL needs to reconfigured.

It appears the screenshot from another thread is no longer available. Perhaps you could provide more information or procedure on how we can get into that close button?

I’m able to reproduce it now, instead of CSS, please add this code to Theme Options > JS.

jQuery('button.modal-close.wcv-dismiss').html('<svg class="wcv-icon wcv-icon-sm"><use xlink:href="http://mangtum.com/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/assets/svg/wcv-icons.svg#wcv-icon-times"></use></svg>');

The icon is an SVG code where it has no connection to the theme or builder, I’m not sure how it was affected.
