Theme forest purchase code not working

A customer purchased X via theme forest. They have asked me to install and provided licence docs.

Theme is installed but will not register, error message:

We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.

The code has validated in apex and site is specified as production.

Hi there,

Please double check that you have X installed and activated on the site and not only Cornerstone then validate it in X > Validation.
