Thank you for reaching out to us. Did you mean the left menu?
It’s actually a independent sidebar which can be easily recreated using the Icon stack because Icon stack has by default an Independent Scrolling Sidebar (see https://theme.co/x/features/stacks/icon/). You can also check the demo here https://demo.theme.co/icon-1/

Yes. You can only use one stack per install.
If you are using PRO headers, there is an option to create FIXED LEFT BAR using the header builder:
