Theme Conflict with Woocommerce

Hello, I was wondering if there is any way to possibly disable or change X themes configuration of Woocommerce. I downloaded another woocommerce add-on but the tab under the my account does not show correctly.

I’ve tried the plugin on other themes that also have woocommerce and it works but on the X theme it doesnt.

Any ideas?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Disabling X integration would mean recoding the whole X to make way of the vanilla WooCommerce. Doing so would remove the Cart Menu, Masonry Shop layout and other WooCommerce features in X.

Regarding the Addon that you have installed, could you pleas send us the name of the plugin so that we can test it in our local testing server? Or maybe you can provide us access to your site so that we can tale a closer look?

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you for the explanation. I really love how X theme works with WooCommerce but I would lov it even more if we would make this work plugin work!

I tried two different point & reward systems for woocommerce and they both conflicted with the X theme. The first plugin didn’t work. It wouldnt even show the tab under the “My Account” properly. So I tried a different more popular plugin. The name is the plugin in Sumo Rewards. I have contacted the developer of the plugin to see if they could assist as well. The majority of the plugin works. Only a few elements seem to be broken. The social share icons don’t populate and the product page gets some line breaks.

Hello Again,

X theme should work with any plugin as long as this plugin works with Wordpress standards. For the social icons not populating, could you please send us the url of the site so that we can investigate why it is not displaying?

Sure thing. Just a remember that this is a WooCommerce Plugin. I have tried it with other themes and it does work.My only problem is that the social share icons don’t show up on the product page and it also breaks very slightly. Something very minor is happening. Maybe something with the positioning of the items. I have attached a secure note with my website details.
