have got theme co pro license.
fresh wordpress install,
downloaded latest pro 2 from the dashboard…
installed pro,
however the pro-child theme just fails to install,
it says pro theme is not present.
any advice

Please ensure that you have uploaded pro.zip and the resulting folders in the theme’s folder should only be wp-content/themes/pro/ and not wp-content/themes/pro/pro/.
