I’m activated, X and TheGrid are on the latest version, but I can’t access the Skin Builder.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, Some of the files on your Grid extension might have been corrupted.
Please delete the Grid plugin via FTP (/wp-content/plugins/) and re-install it under Pro > Overview > Extensions. You won´t lose your grids because they are stored in the database and not in the plugins folder.
