The x-modal still slowly load in mobile device. (Modal, Navigation Collapsed)

Hi there,

I have asked you before about the x-modal that cannot load and click when my client uses a mobile device. Bu your staff tested to open my website and it worked at that time. So the staff said it depended on the speed of the internet.

So, my colleague and I tried to find out the cause of this problem and we found this (you can see the picture below)

The code area (1) is the menu navigation of the modal.
The code area (2) is the content of the Main Page.

We thought the problem was the navigation modal is not active because the code in area (1) is under the code area (2). So the website will be spent time downloading the content first. Therefore if my clients use the 4G or low-speed internet, they will not go to another page.

Thus, what can I do?

Hi Nopphakhun,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website on my Android mobile and the Modal works perfectly fine. If that is not what you are seeing, I would suggest you provide any screen capturing video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

Hi, Tristup.

I thought the speed internet in your country is better than in my country. I tried to test in Andriod and iPhone when used the WIFI and use cellular signal.

The result is following the clips below,

iPhone with WIFI at 0.00sec
iPhone with Cellular signal at 0.07 sec
(it spent time around 54-62 sec to load all contents on that page and then the navigation will come out and active.)
( use Safari)
Android with WIFI at 0.00sec (used time to active around 10 sec)
Android with Cellular signal at 0.25sec
(it spent time around 20-30 sec to load all contents on that page and then the navigation will come out and active.)
(use Chrome)

That’s all my clients and I found this problem, Please help me and what can I do?

Hey @fhtpsu,

There are lot of factors why it is slowly loading on your mobile. You need to enhance the speed of your mobile so that all items is functional within split of seconds. Regretfully, we can’t provide any support regarding performance optimization because it is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your issue or you can avail our newly launched product called Boost, which we can help you with your site speed optimization.

You may also check our performance documentation.

Thank you for understanding.
