The theme won't accept my purchase code

i have entered the purchase code and it is not accepting. I am using the right code for the website and I am have no luck

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Please follow the guidelines below.

Go to your Themeco Licenses page
Click the "key" icon on the right of your license key.
On the modal window, click on "Lock License" button
Then re-validate your site.

Also you can refer to the screenshot below.

I have tried this but it still says “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

Hi There,

Are you referring to that site below? If so, here’s what happening, the license you have is for PRO theme, but your site is not using PRO theme.

That is why the Cornerstone acted as standalone and asking for its own license. No, you can not use a theme license on a plugin.

If you use PRO theme then you can validate the site using the PRO license.

If you need a license for Cornerstone, you can buy it from CodeCanyon and register the license here, so you can validate your Cornerstone.
