I use my personal server host(synology)and I have already increase my PHP memory limit.But still unusable
what should I do?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Design Cloud demos are not imported into your website. There might be a few different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest go through the following points which causes it.

  1. Please check if the mod_security is enabled in your site, which causes the issue in importing and does not let you call the Cornerstone endpoint to import the Design Cloud assets.
    And if that is the case, you need to contact your hosting service provider to temporarily disable the ModSecurity for you and make the Cornerstone endpoints whitelisted.

  2. The write permission to the uploads folder might be one of the reasons behind your issue, I would suggest you change the permission to import the images into it.

  3. Also, please increase the Post Max Size and the Max Upload Size to 512M

If everthing above is set but you are still facing the same problem, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi @hec646,

I have checked with two different Design Cloud demos and found the assets and pages are imported properly. Please find the imported page URLs in the secure note. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

But now I cannot download any pkugins and templates, there seems to be a permission problem.
In fact, I can download it when I originally used it, how can I solve it?

Hello @hec646,

You are having this Error Message: “Your user account does not have permission to install plugins”
This means that you are not allowed to install a plugin or modify any files. Your user role should be an “Administrator” to be able to install a plugin. Kindly check out this article:

It sounds DISALLOW_FILE_MODS was defined on your wp-config.php file. Please see the following article for more details.
