The scrollbar doesn't show while navigating on Chrome

Hello:

I didn’t even realise this happened as I’m used to wheel or touchpad scrolling, but my website isn’t showing a scrollbar on the side while visiting it in Chrome.

This scrollbar does show on Firefox. I want it shown in every browser.

I provide images so it’s clear what I mean.

The first is a Chrome screenshot, without a scrollbar. The second is a Firefox screenshot, with a scrollbar.

I can’t seem to figure out what is wrong, but many of my users are not very tech savvy and rely on a scrollbar to navigate through the website.

Thanks for writing in! Can you please try disabling Autoptimize plugin and check your issue again. Also check your caching settings and disable any CSS/JavaScript autominifications and re-test your issue again.

If you’re still having issues, try disabling your 3rd party plugins and see if you’re experiencing any plugin conflict.

Finally, you also need to switch to your parent Pro theme and see if you’re experiencing any conflict related to your child theme customizations.
