I have a pc (Asus), win10, and chrome. The latest version of Cornerstone.
Using a touchpad.
The right scrollbar in the editor is dead again. The left scroller bar works fine and normal scrolling in the browser outside works fine (left or right) on whatever site I pick up.
The right scroll bar is extremely useful for me. Scrolling in the opposite direction using two fingers on the touchpad is severely unlogical since everything else works in the opposite direction on a pc. Two fingers on the touchpad also fire other activities. Works probably fine for apple users where everything else is the opposite 
This was supposed to be fixed many months ago and I think it worked in one of your releases but today the problem is back again. For me, this is not workable at all. It has completely killed my workflow.
I hope this problem can be fixed soon in the way it has been before as long as themeco has existed and since I bought my first site out of 40. All the best
