The Rich text editor in the Pro editor does not work

We have the latest version of both Pro, and Wordpress, and now the Rich text editor has stopped working. If we add text/make changes in the Rich text editor, no changes is being reflected in the preview. If we change back to the code editor, nothing is changed. So the two editors does not seem to be connected.

If we make changes in the code editor, the page/preview updates as normal. So there only seem to be some issues in regard to the Rich text editor.

There is also a long list of errors in the Inspector > Console.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues:

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme Issue
3. CSS/JS Customization

If that does not resolve, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
