The Recent Updates Have Broken My IDX Search Page

I have checked against everything and it is the X Theme that is causing an error that will not allow this page to load:

Please advise.

Hi @jasonfox,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited the given URL and found that it unable to load the properties into the Google Map. There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
We would also like to know if it is working after activating any default theme like TwentyTwenty. If that works with the default theme, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

I changed the theme to 2021 and it worked.

That page is a wrapper page that uses the theme HTML and CSS to design the page… so if I deploy the staging site it does not change the wrapper page.

But I disabled all plugins and caching systems and the listings would not load. I changed the theme and it loaded.

Hey @jasonfox,

To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works

Hello @jasonfox,

On my browser, the page is loading particularly the map.

See the secure note.

Always remember to clear all caches especially after doing updates and site changes since you are using WP Rocket so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

This links might help:

It would also help if you temporarily deactivate the plugin and test your site again. Meanwhile, I found out that you are using Cloudflare. Right after your updates, please log in to your Cloudflare account and purge your site cache. You also need to regenerate the minified CSS and JS files in Cloudflare.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
