When I go to create a header, header does not show up clearly. as a matter of fact I believe all of the PRO perks do not seem to load properly on my WordPress.

Huh. If it were my site, I’d first delete that header and reload it from Design Cloud, and see if that fixes it.
If not, I’d go into my FTP, delete Pro, download the latest version from Themeco (2.4.6), and manually upload it back up to the site. Doing it this way ensures you have the latest version with no missing files, while simultaneously not messing with any settings on your site.
Then check and see how things are looking.
