"the preview could not load...."

When I try to go into any of my pages to edit with cornerstone I get a black page and the error code says “the preview could not load due to the iframe response being imcomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.”

However, I have not made any changes to my site or plugins since before when this was not a problem.

Please advise.

Thank you for writing in, are you referring to that site below? you updated your Cornerstone to the latest version (5.3.3), but you leave X theme behind (7.2.3). Please update X theme to the latest version (8.3.3).

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Thank you. That worked. Could you tell me how to delete the map and text for my office location at the bottom of my home page? I can’t seem to find how to do that.

Hello @ewk99,

In case if you are pointing out the text that is coming above the map in the footer, it seems that it is coming from the Footer widget. I would suggest you check it on the widget. Go the Dashboard—>Appreance —>Widget—>Footer Widget area.

If it doesn’t work for you please share your login credentials in the secure note.
