Hello Paul,

Thanks for writing in! I was able to create a test page and edit it with Pro Editor. You can check it out in the url provided in the secure note.

Your homepage cannot be edited in Pro editor because you have inserted a html code of a page which has a broken JS code in it. Please remove the code and recreate the page using the Pro Editor instead. Meanwhile, For the meantime, you can use the skeleton mode to edit the page for faster response and easy access of the elements on the preview area.

The main issue (as per the video) is with the header and footer builder, not the pages :slight_smile:

I’ve tried again this morning and same problem :frowning:

Please check in with your hosting provider about this. I suggest that you say that they try to make sure the URL and all the sub URLs are white listed. I am not sure how your server works but usually using wild cards such as https://yourowndomain.com/* or maybe the HTTP version might help.

It was a ModSec issue on the host causing the problem, which I don’t have access to in this case.

Problem fixed, thanks for the assistance guys and girls!
