Hi!
After the latest update for X Theme + Cornerstone I am unable to edit a page that uses embedded Youtube videos.
I tried editing with all the plugins (except Cornerstone) disabled but that didn’t help.
Any advice?
Cheers!

Hi Jarkko,
Thanks for writing in! I have disabled your Autoptimize plugin temporarily, then I have created a test page and I was able to load Cornerstone builder properly (see secure note).
Could you please test it on your end as well and see if that helps.
Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for the quick reply!
I tried this already earlier and I also disabled all the other plugins.
Yet when I try to edit the page in question I get the “The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.” nag screen.
It was working as expected yesterday, but today after the updates on the theme and Cornerstone I started getting the nag screen.
Cheers!
Hi There,
This usually means somethings halted PHP execution (fatal PHP error or syntax error). The following could help uncover more information:
Enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG. You might be able to see an error message on the site right away. If not, the error log could reveal where the problem is originating.
Another thing, please contact your hosting and make sure their web application firewall is allowing the theme/cornerstone to execute without blocking it.
Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!
Hi! I was able to track it down - I managed to open the problematic page in Cornerstone after I changed the page template to something else and updated the page. Yet, I wasn’t able to save the page in Cornerstone so I started deleting page elements one by one. And deleting Essential Grid from the page fixed all issues.
Cheers!
Hi There,
Thanks again for confirmation!
Can you please try deleting the ESS Grid plugin and reinstall it.
That may fix your saving issue.
Thanks
