The preview could not load, need assistance

I have been getting the following message in X Pro:

“The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing php error.”
I have read all the other posts with the same issue and have done everything in this post:

Preview will not load in Pro/Theme Options

Plus, I have also done the following:
–talked to my host and confirmed no caching, had them troubleshoot
–activated parent theme (X Pro) and deactivated child theme
–running WP debug display and debug log
–i have no custom javascript or css

I’m testing membership plugins, and it’s now happened on both Wordpress installs with two different, widely used plugins. One I’ve been using for years with X and never had this problem. The other I’ve been testing for weeks with no problems. I started having problems on one yesterday, and the other today.

The issue doesn’t happen with every page. Some pages load fine in the Pro builder. Others give me the error message.

I was wondering if you could have a look and see if you can find anything.

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin(AccessAlly plugin). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to Pro will need to be directed to the original developer.
